The community of players are great, the range of characters are neat, and the fact that I can actually have an impact on the game is a big plus. Player input is heard and genuinely considered, and the range of possibilities is almost limitless. The perfect balance of hack’n’slash and roleplay. Awesome! Still being developed, it is moving towards what I want to see in a Role Play MUD, but it's not quite there yet. No problem for me, I like being involved early. There is exceptional response to player input as well. Player submissions are quite literally shaping the world, something that lets me exercise my creative urges. I look forward to seeing Throes of Creation evolve. A solid game, with solid classes and an excellent crafting system. Start a clan, fellowship, guild, theocracy, or guild. But a personal home and decorate and furnish it. Live under the worlds surface in the dark caverns of the Drow and Morlock, or among the trees as the Elves and Humans and their spawn, the Half Elf. Or perhaps dwell in the mountain kingdom of the Dwarves, Gnomes, and Halflings. The world is constantly changing, shifting, and so you must be able to adapt to your surroundings. Be the stuff of legend. The world is still white hot in the forge of the All Maker. Strike now, while the iron is hot, and leave your mark in the Throes of Creation!
