The dead and recently deceased have been reanimated by cosmic radiation, unleashing them from their graves to devour the flesh of the living. Human society has since imploded, leaving scattered pockets of survivors in the form of settlements across the countryside. The time has come for the final battle between the living and the dead for dominion of the Earth.

Raze the Dead is a zombie apocalypse themed hack’n'slash MUD. The purpose of the game is to kill zombies. When you’re done killing zombies, kill more zombies. When you get tired of killing more zombies, quit complaining and keep killing zombies. We have celebrated our fourth anniversary Oct 2009 by officially dropping beta status!
