I don't think entering an explanatory note with a rating is a good idea as I am not sure how best to format or record that information really and I don't want to have to make any major changes. Something I had thought about and has been suggested already is to display the individual ratings per game as well as per user so it is possible to see who has rated what. However given the overall lack of interest I am not planning on devoting any time to the site for the forseeable future so for now the default ratings system will have to suffice.
