Ok so i got to thinking  many of us are always looking for builders  and we post adds  advertising that fact ,but

what if we had  a LFW board /listing  where builders looking for work can post there information , experince , history, game style intrests ,and avalibility  etc  ( like put to gether some kinda form they can fill out  so its all consistant )  and then admins can search the listings and  try and contact  prospective new hires .
