Exodus was created in 1995. I started playing it when I was 11 years old. The environment was extremely newbie friendly and Exodus quickly became a rapid hobby. I'm now 21 years old and own and host Exodus with money from my own pocket. As I'm sure most of you know, mud owners have to work extra hard to get their mud noticed. In my time mudding, I have ventured away from Exodus and tried many other muds, but none of them even came close.

Exodus is an enchanting place full of bold colors that are both vibrant and classy. They aren't in your face, but the mud is not colorless like some other ones are. Exodus offers some standard classes and some unique classes, but all of them are unlike any other you will have seen. The same goes for races.

I love Exodus deeply, and it's very hard to watch it fade away. So why don't you swing by and join the family?

I dropped by just a few minutes ago to break the boredom here. Unfortunately, I never got past the account creation due to the crazy password rules.

I am not saying this to be mean or "Snarky", but if I have to create an uber-secure password I could never remember easily for a plain-text session, I would rather play somewhere else.

Telnet is insecure. Check out Ethereal sometime if you don't believe me. If you want folks to enter complicated passwords, you should seriously think of switching to SSH or even a website-based login using SSL. Those aren't the best as security, but they beat telnet hands-down.
